The Birth Doula Service Package offers comprehensive support from the date of hire into the early postpartum period up to 6 weeks postpartum. You will receive personalized referrals to various prenatal and postpartum resources, and unlimited phone, text, and email support. Three (3) prenatal visits are included in this package to develop your birth roadmap and preferences, partner/family support coaching, infant feeding options and techniques, and childbirth education. Optional car seat checks are available upon request.
On-call support (24/7) via phone/text will start from 37 weeks gestation, and when it’s go-time (admission into the hospital or in active labour at home), continuous in-person assistance will be provided through birth and into recovery. Postpartum support extends up to 6 weeks via phone/text, with a final postpartum visit focusing on newborn care, emotional support, and a smooth transition to parenthood.
