Birth to Life Doula and Birth Creative Donate $2,300 to Mamas for Mamas
I’m so grateful to finally share with you something deeply meaningful to me. After years of pouring my heart into this work, I have reached a personal milestone in my dream to give back to families in our community.
This year, as Birth to Life Doula, I joined forces with Birth Creative and together we made a substantial donation, over $2,300 in goods, to the inspiring team at Mamas for Mamas.

A Commitment to Community and Partnership
Community is at the heart of everything I do. My journey as a doula has been so rewarding, and I truly believe in the power of giving back. Mamas for Mamas, an organization dedicated to supporting mothers and caregivers in crisis, was the perfect partner for our efforts. Their values reflect much of what I hold dear in my doula practice.
If you ever want to know more about my story or what motivates me, you can visit the About page.

Partnering with Mamas for Mamas
With the remarkable Maisy, Megan, and Chelsy from the Mamas for Mamas team, we coordinated a donation of over 330 bars of soap and 297 mesh loofah bags, totaling more than $2,300 in goods. I am so proud to see these essential items go to local families who are facing such challenging times. For me, this is a wonderful example of how powerful it is when we support one another.

Sharing My Heart and My Knowledge
This partnership is just the beginning and I want to do even more. I believe in the strength that comes from sharing knowledge, so I will soon be volunteering to present a series of free workshops for Mamas for Mamas families.
Topics will include labor and delivery prep, postpartum care, newborn basics, and car seat safety, all designed to help parents feel more confident throughout their journey. To see all of the ways I support families, please check out my Services page.
If you want to connect personally, I warmly welcome you to reach out through my Contact page.

Why Mamas for Mamas Matters
I want to share why we chose this incredible organization. Mamas for Mamas is a Canadian charity focused on fighting the effects of poverty and crisis for families. They are about so much more than essentials.
Their Karma Market provides free necessities, and they also offer mental health support, individualized guidance for food and housing, preventative community programs, and inspiring educational workshops. They are inclusive of all caregivers, regardless of gender or background, and take a holistic approach that truly uplifts families, children, newcomers, Indigenous and LGBTQ2S families alike.
I invite you to learn more about organizations I support or local resources for new parents by exploring the Resources section on my site.
Ready to Connect?
If you’re a new doula, midwife or a parent looking for guidance and a supportive community, I am here for you and invite you to get in touch. Don’t hesitate to ask questions or reach out about community initiatives. Your feedback, your stories, and your trust are an essential part of what makes this community so special.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for letting me be part of your birth and parenting story. Our donation to Mamas for Mamas is only the beginning. I am excited to continue to share and grow, together with you.
